Nitro! It is the only one that has the gears for the new Tacoma's. They are made in the same place, I believe as Toyotas stock gears in South Korea. I was told any other gear made other places are not as good. Although the guy doing it normally uses Yukon, but they won't have gears for probably another year or so.

Nitro and Yukon are probably the best 2 gears on the market.

@honey, can you tell me what brand of running boards you have, they look like they are a little lower than most. My wife is short so they would be better for her to get in. How do you like them. It looks like there is only two brackets holding them on, are they sturdy enough.
    Thanks

    Sure!
Bought them off Amazon, $319 plus free shipping:
    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DPIEPIM/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1

It says they do not fit Tacoma 2016, but they do, perfect fitment.
    There are 3 attach points.
    Lightweight but very sturdy
Took 40 minutes to install only because I am slow....when getting down on my back!
My wife is 5'-6"....she likes them.
I'm 6-3" don't use them except when washing roof of car.
I like the look way better than the tube steps.
Plus I like that they are snug up against bottom of truck.

This week included mud guards, factory tonneau purchased from @Mason04, and finally got my license plate in. Still waiting on 3" main tube N-Fabs being shipped next week, and anxiously awaiting these tires to be burnt out to get a new set. I'm giving it till 30,000 miles, at best, but at my rate that'll be 5 more months.

I drive a lot of gravel roads, and it is incredible how helpful these mud guards are at reducing the sound of dings that were driving me crazy. They really do serve a great purpose.

I'm not really one that wants my bed perfectly dry with a tonneau. I want things out of sight and not able to be stolen, like ice chests, bucket of tools, golf clubs and other various little things. With that said, it's rained for nearly 24 hours straight since I put it on, and hardly any water got in. Great product, especially if you can get it for a low low price.

I would prefer my bed to be dry but after a week and several thunderstorms/rain since I put my TruXedo Lo Pro on. Water does get in the bed but as long as the top of my bed mat stays dry and no green moss grows back there I'm fine with it. Did you put a tailgate seal on yours also? I put one on my truck and it keeps the dust out for sure.

I took the TRD stickers off the back and swapped out the orange dash pieces for gunmetal. Loving the new look! I wonder what else I should do?

Well the only thing we had laying around was rust. High temperature. Dries really fast.

Debadge completely, remove the black vinyl between the front and back doors.

Bilstein 5100's, add a leaf ,custom power moonroof, custom leather, I put the rims and tires from the new 16 on the truck and sold the old rims just for a different look. When the new tires wear out I will get a little bigger tire like I had before but no sense in wasting the new tires. Trd exhaust, k&n drop in!

That's a plow mount bracket on the front for those of you who don't live in the Arctic Tundra like some of us! Lol

What size tires are you running or going to run and what ratio gears?
