    from what I understand its just some weather stripping and a cover and you can see the mounting holes.
    Never done it on a taco but I've installed OEM ones on a 4runner, forester and ford windstar.
    all of which were pretty simple.

    Go to the dealership.if you don t install it correctly you may get some leaks. Not Good !
