Already came down by the river crossing and came through it. Now we're up at the top of the power lines overlooking the lake

Those things were hitting the ground with every bounce at HPR, and I was doing a lot of bouncing with everything being stock.

When we left them they were heading down to Jumping Off Rock, but that was over two hours ago.

Thought it might be a fun project to play with, haven't welded any thin stainless sheet in a while and it would be good to remove the parasitic loss from the engine?

You could, but the gains wouldn't be worth it in my opinion. The belt driven fan is very reliable but to each their own.

I'll absolutely admit it's just me wanting to fuck with something more than any real power gains : D

    Some things I learned today...

    • The Tacoma PreRunnrer is a pretty solid truck. I was really pleased with the way it performed today, fully stock, and I was beating on it pretty hard. Nothing broke.
    • I still want a TRD OR. @SC2SC and @Bat Taco have some pretty nice setups going.
    • @Bat Taco is a good dude for making sure we didn't get too far behind. We were taking up the rear and I had to slow down at times.
    • My wife didn't know she liked to go off roading until today. We turned her to the Dark Side today. Full approval now for future camping and upgrades.
    • @Daria said we took a wrong turn and made a big huge circle full of fun, but I think whoever was leading did it on purpose.
    • I want to drive through creeks and streams once a day for the rest of my life. My wife asked, can we do that? My foot on the pedal answered.
Good times with good people today! Thanks for letting us tag along.
