    Knee sleeves or wraps help to stabilize the knee joint when under load. Alot of the micro movements or shaking at the joint are decreased. These same micro movements increase potential for injury. Wraps tend to stabilize better than sleeves due to increased compression.

    This is what I'm eating before going to The gym. Then my 1 scoop of c4 and take off to gym. Puts something in my stomach and I don't bog down during my workout. Also drink plenty of water during my Work out.
