    How do I fix this? Metal that runs between the radiator support and the fender just behind the headlight. Both sides cracked almost all the way up, driver side is worse.

    Have you had a look at the radiator support bushings? Others have found them failing. I had the same problem on my 07, exacerbated by the fact my battery was loose for an unknown period of time. Tons of cracked sheet metal, I wish I had taken more pics before I sold it.

    It could be welded........
    But I think that this might be a better approach. If you weld that area chances are it's just going to crack either around the weld joint or some other place all together. I would drill a 3/16 hole at the very end of the crack to stop it from continuing and then reinforce it by riveting another piece over the crack.

    Curious if Jays is like this also.

    My plan was to drill the ends then beef it somehow, maybe with a resin/fiberglass type solution or just spackling the shit out of it with JB Weld or something
