2017 Rear Glass Change. Could this be power rear window?

    Anyone with a '16 could get lucky if Toyota put the rear window wiring in a year early for the redesign. I want to put a factory power rear window in my 2nd gen (I'm betting it will fit), but I would have lot more parts on my list.

    It's not going to be prewired. And they make power sliders aftermarket you can buy and add on a second gen

    The 2016 may be, but I don't have a clue. I've looked at the aftermarket for my 2014. It's an option, but fitting OEM parts would be cool.

    My Sportrac had a vertical power slider even on the XLS model. I do not understand why Toyota does not make them standard on all. It was handy for backing up at night.
