    Best visibility I ever got from it was out in Bastrop camping with scouts. Clear skies and great visibility of the Milky Way.

    I need to do that again. I haven't been camping in years.

    I went thru a telescope phase a while ago. Got an 8" Celestron in the garage.

    Also helped a guy hand build a 10" dobsonian. Worked very well, but damn that took a long time
