got my bumper on last night finally, was able to heat the frame red with an oxygen/map torch thing. 1 of the bolts went in crooked because of the bend but i don't think its that big of a deal, its nice and tight. had to zip tie blinkers on for now. also still gotta trim plastic and small stuff like that. No one seems to like the bumper but me :(. I mean it does stick out a bit more than I want but its not that bad.
Also got my cb antenna mount done.

The duplicolor worked great on all the soft materials even the shift boot.

I had that piece for a while, fine workmanship unfortunately when it came time to sell my collection I found out that they have the combined value of a ham sandwich.

Thus keeping it on up on my wall rather than trying to sell/scrap. They are really hard to find this clean anymore.

I one day hope to have another pre-taco 4Ă—4 Toyota truck as a project. Those wheels would go on it like i had on my other pre-tacos.

    Bam!

Now I need to build the Bussman fuse box and pull my ABS computer so I actually have room in the engine bay for the new fuse box.

Edit: Is the ashtray light wired into the dash light circuit or is it triggered by a switch when the ashtray opens? Just found that light and it would super convenient to power the LED's in the switches. I pulled the ashtray so long ago I don't remember if that light is part of the dash light circuit though.

Update, made it back from my trip. So far nothing blew up, it's a slow leak at least. But it will be getting fixed this weekend or the next just gotta order the parts and figure out how to do it. Let the research begin....tomorrow. Fucking tired

Replaced steering rack bushings. Ate some candy from wheelers off-road. And changed her oil.

    yes, facing the wrong way

you have to take the right side rack bolts out, and loosen the middle and left bolts so it's able to rotate a little. otherwise you risk puncturing the boot as it scrapes out ;p
