I'll have you rebuild my front and rears next spring. Probably have you lighten up the fronts then

While we are discussing hubs, any value in a busted 2nd Gen hub? How about one with unknown wear? I'd rather not toss the entire assembly out if it can be rebuilt. I bought spares from someone here but I'm wondering if there is a core to rebuild

Not sure if it has value but I might grab it from you and have a new bearing put in it as a spare for me.

So it is worth it to press in a new bearing. Didn't know if it was cheaper to just buy the unit from NJ or Bama on here at 175 per.

I guess it would depend on the cost of the new bearing and the labor to press it in.

Towed near 4k pounds total today 15 miles, i don't see how people feel safe pulling stuff with a Tacoma. I was talking it nice and slow and accelerating like grandma and i am fairly certain the transmission wanted NOTHING to do with it. I was coming up the canyon, but how do people make it up passes! I debated on throwing it in 4low haha

Thankfully... Towing is not a needed capability for me.
