I personally don't think the Dakars ride bad at all. They ride better than the stock sport leafs for sure!

Used the coil that came with them, I did not buy any heavier coils. Really superb ride with stock weight up front.

Yeah...but after going wheeling a couple weeks ago I've decided I don't mind taking the hit and might upgrade to 285/70/17 instead for more rubber and wheel protection. My wheels got scuffed up a bit with 275's...

Sooo, plus 2" in the front, and 3" in the rear? By my calculations that gives you 1" more rake than stock. To keep the factory rake you would need equal lift front/rear... what am I missing?

Just a quick question I didn't want to start a new thread for. Do these trucks not come with floor mats standard? Just picked mine up yesterday (I ordered it) but never figured I'd have to put regular floor mats on as an option.

5100s/OME 888s. Dakar leaf pack. Total Chaos UCAs. DeMello Sliders. BAMF Recessed Grille. Prinsu Cabrack and Toprack.
Floor mats are extra. Just pass on mats from the dealer and buy WeatherTec or Husky.

I just checked on the weathertec mats (the fitted ones) they don't seem to offer them for the 16/17. I'll have to email them.

Could use some help...I've been going back and forth on various lifts and have settled on the front with the OME 887 and Nitrochargers. As for the rear I'm between Dakars and a progressive AAL like the Headstrongs. My questions is based on the fact my truck is a 4 door OR TRD that is my daily driver that I want to maintain a decent ride but also have plans to add a roof top tent with mild exploring for hunting, etc. would you recommend the Dakar pack now or just use the AAL and potentially switch to the full leaf pack in the future? I've been reading as much as possible but still torn so if anyone has used the options I've been looking at I would be appreciative.

I've had close to 600lbs in the bed of my truck and towed that ungodly overweight trailer with Wheeler's 3 leaf progressive AAL (overloads removed). If I was going to tax the truck that much I would keep the overloads in. I believe Wheeler's and HS's 3 leaf's are the same thing.

My truck rides really nice with this set up. Really nice.. I wouldn't hesitate to carry over capacity in the bed.

Would you remove the 3rd leaf? Keep the overload or remove? Or just run them as is with the overload?

That is one hell of a good looking truck! That's exactly what I want to be running on my truck only mines white. How much does this total set up run from you guys? Did you guys do the wheels and tires too?
