Thank you! She is a sweetheart when she feels well. She is pretty darn smart. By the time we left, every time a doctor/nurse came in she would go to screaming. I don't know how but I love her even more after today.

My mom & I didn't see any Alligators in Myakka today, but we did see a kick ass RedTailed Hawk.
On her perch in the wild. She sat there with red chest and shoulders. So very cool!

When my son was about 1, he has a fever of almost 105. Scary shit. He was in an ice bath for a while to cool him off. Spent the night there and finally got to go home the next afternoon. It felt like a week

The doctors pretty much said it's typical for the little ones to have a bout or two of nasty bugs. With little to no immune system, it's just the way it works. Didn't really make me feel better at the time, but looking back it wasn't that bad overall
