Does a 100-150lbs really a make a difference in mpg's?? That's less weight than a passenger. I went steel cause its cheaper and stronger and I imagine that weight makes no difference. Just my opinion though.

My aluminum skid is pretty sturdy. I think I'll do steel on a couple of them but I'm digging the aluminum. For my means, it is awesome.

Going to get my front and rear bumper tomorrow. Making the long drive to sparks today!

Dammit, Danny. I guess I'll go buy new tires then. I'll probably go on Monday after we do our mod day so I can get an alignment at the same time. Thinking going with the Falken AT3s

Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.
According to the used car manager at Claremont my truck would be perfect for their used-car lot.

It definitley adds up. I noticed a hit after my sliders, roof rack and now the steel rear bumper...when I first got my truck at stock I was doing 19mpg average, now I'm at 17-ish. I'm not that worried about it honestly, just something to keep in mind. I expect it'll go down more when larger tires and more skids + front bumper eventually come along. I'd rather take a mpg hit than risk expensive damage out on the trail, I get enough of that happening lately as it is lol.

Oh actually Thursday might be bad for me. My work does a Thursday Night Football in the cafeteria area on a giant projector with free food and beer. I should do some networking there. I know the camping trip is Friday-Sunday but if anyone wants to do Friday that'd probably be better

Anybody want to buy four 3/4" Bora wheel spacers. They are new. I had 2 on my truck for one day then removed. I broke the lug on one so you can have that one for free. Could probably be replaced with no issue. I don't want to deal with shipping so I did not post in for sale threads yet.
LOL yeah I was heading up to his house to put my shock back on and saw him right after you. I was trying to get a pic of you but I'm too slow.

Are you coming to Big Bear on Saturday? I'll be there Friday around 5 or 6.

You coming up to Big B for a trail run Saturday?

Not sure who all is going. I know Ryan is going up, don't know if he's headed up Friday or Saturday though. Kevin is headed up with me on Saturday morning, Oscar is probably a Friday guy as well. If I don't make it Thursday then oh well. I do want to try and do a bit of networking and meet some new people here that are in to beer as well haha
