How am I getting 31mpg indicated at 65mph full A/C?

amazing thanks! did you end u not using washers on the outside then? I noticed only the bolts were black oxide while the rest were stainless... I wouldn't mind getting rid of the chrome bolts lol

I ended up not using the stainless washer and get the black washers instead..
