Are the holes for the dodge rings the same as the OEM Tacoma?

I'm going to order a set of dodge rings for the front of the bed but also want to replace my D rings at the back since they are rusting.

I didn't even know stainless D rings were an option. Where can you get those?

Arent the ones listed on the Toyo site mean to clamp anywhere (not the bed bolts). Looks like thats how they are meant to be mounted with the backing plate pictured

Yea, that is an option for adding a new set. I'm going to go with the dodge rings in the bed bolts though. The rear rings that came with the truck need to be replaced as well. Not sure if those use a backer plate or are bolted into something solid.

They're meant to go in a specific location near the front of the bed on the inside of the wheel wells.

but we can't get JBL unless you get the limited lol.

We don't get as many options but we get a lot more standard.

de-badged, tint front windows, led interior lights, door sill protectors, led b/up lights, 5" factory step rails, yellow turn signal bulbs, added 4 D ring tie downs. Took off the black vinyl stripes between the doors. Changed the grill - from Custom Car Grills, Finally got a tonneau cover put on. 31" light bar ( white & amber ), tailgate light bar, sunvisor covers ( to hide warning labels ), new bedside decals - still too cold to put them on tho. Flag decals to go on too, again too cold still. Got a 2 switch, switch plate to replace that useless cubby hole to the left of the steering wheel.. still to be installed ( hopefully this weekend ). Upgraded the tires to G/Y Duratracs... loving them, no plowing the driveway !!
In my 16 trd sport 4x4 dcsb, only had 2 d rings tie down at the rear, near the tail gate. I added 2 at the front, and got 2 more to go near the rear. - Chrysler D rings. Very beefy.

Factory installed D-rings on my 17 are drilled into the side of the bed. Nice that you don't need to modify the bed mat to access the ones that would be in the bed bolts.

I would be wary of the weight you're hauling with that..couple hundred pounds secured to a plastic bed = bad idea.

Yea, good call. It is just a plate behind the composite bed. Those bed bolts are starting to look like a better idea.

 I rather have a cut up bed mat than a giant hole in the bed and damaged cargo..

Eh. That's the nice part of dealer installed accessories. It'll be warrantied when/if it explodes.
