Not in this truck, but my Jeep CJ and XJ both had L-track in them, as well as my motorcycle trailer, cargo trailer, and the Sprinter Van I built for a customer.

Jack, write out your best description of the hesitation. I think it might have been the smart stop logic in the ECU. I will drive it tomorrow when it is not rush hour.

Better to ask what I have not done.
You are driving along and then al the sudden if feels as if you remove your foot off the accelerator or the truck runs out of gas. You can push on the gas you can keep it there you can do what ever you want but it does nothing then comes back all the sudden and its fine, I can step on it and it jumps up in rpms and what not just fine like nothing happens.... It can do it once or 2-3 times... Only think i have not tried was hitting the break to trip that sensor back.

The break lights will be off when i shut the truck off but when i get out and shut the door they can kick on, a simple opening of the door and hitting the pedal shuts them off. That has been going on for as much as i can remember the same amount as the lag.

Hey Man nice build on the 2nd gen.
But I was wondering what front bumper you had on your original toyota.
Looks sweet and I'll be in the market soon for my 91.

2nd Gen is badass. I don't go there cause it will be just to expensive for me.

It a little higher now w the 63's and I cranked the bars a little bit.
I still gotta do the shock relocate, sliders, bumper and rear locker.
I'm gonna stay ifs for a year old 2 unless shit starts popping like popcorn then sas. Then prob dual cases. Then I'll prob need bigger tires.
So I hope the ifs holds lol.

Do a proper lift on the front!!! Do not do a spacer lift. The sas should be higher on the list!!! One with leaf springs would not be that hard and its SOOOOOO much better

When I get situated and have a real job I'm bringing my 92 4Runner out to me and swapping the 3.4 and 3 linking the bitch! But it'll be a ways away for that

Lol I do have the bj spacers about 1.5 inch only reason I'm trying it is I got the Diff for $500 with the truck. Arb included. And I had the compressor.
I really don't crawl or anything I'm more of a deep snow hunting kind of guy so I'd Perfer to keep the ride.
But if tie rods and CVS start popping.
I gotta have protection b4 sas it's a nice body and I'd like to keep it somewhat.

Trust me the ride was a lot better with the sas! And i agree armor before flex/ride. Its way more then just crawling.
