These decals fit the imprinted "TRD" on the front of the TRD Shift Knob (not included, Toyota part number PTR57-35170 (AT) or PTR57- 35171 (MT)) and match the red accents and stitching on the knob.

the question is that how hard is it to install those little letters on the knob bc i install ones in the glove box and it was hard as hell

 

would you ever offer any other colors. like the blue to go with the blazing blue pearl. also the red stripe on the side so can match it all. 2 things stopping me from buying a knob..price as of right now and I dont want red at all on the accents. since I already have the blue glove box decal

 

I'll be honest, these are challenging, but I ship four sets with all orders. It took me a couple of tries to get it right. I recommend working under bright light, such as flashlight from your smart phone set on the edge of a table and install them with the knob in your lap.

 

Dang, why didn't I think of that! I had a knob to work with until this morning, but it's been shipped back. Obviously the stitching can't be changed but if someone is willing to send me a knob I can make color-matched vinyl inlays that cover the side stripes.

 

I'll order a knob and have it shipped to you if you will ship it back to me with a free red insert pre-installed when returned

 

can someone advise me how to remove my 3rd gen shift knob? Im planning to change it to the TRD Pro

 

Pop down the boot from the shift knob holding around the chrome bezel, maybe about 3lbs of force then the shift knob turns off....lefty loosey and righty tighty. Then pop shift boot back up into trd pro knob.

You know what would be cool, if you could make some vinyl inserts for these keyfob cases from AJT Designs when they come out at the end of the June. I would definitely buy both!
