It's all about personal opinion. The one I personally think is the worst is white, I can not stand white on any kind of car. But again, this is personal, there are a ton of people that like white which is good or otherwise everybody would be driving the same color cars.

On the otherside of the table I find metallic grey to be the most boring color after desert sand though I don't find either one of them ugly at all. Everyone and their brother has a grey car. Desert sand looks good on some trucks but doesnt fit the tacoma for me.

Red/maroon is kinda the classic color many people think of when you think of the early toyota pickups, I find it just looks correct on the current model just like it did then. More so on the Offroad model than the Sport, I like blue on the Sport I think. Now the Radiant red color was a little too loud, just for me personally, but the darker Barcellona and Impulse reds look great and aren't the same color as a ferrari.

Timberland looked great on the the 1st gen tacomas, my fav color and what I wanted on my 2nd gen before I saw them in person, it's a little too pastel/muted or something in person.

RAMZAK go screw yourself. I am sick of this thread. Everyone thinks they have the best opinion in the world. I love Toyota's, am a master tech, owned them for years, and LOVE EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM INCLUDING COLORS. If you dont go play in the Chevy forum

Maybe I am a grandma, but I don't think Desert Sand Mica is ugly. I think it looks clean and holds it's shine really well. I like that there is not many of them on the road. Kind of like calling someone's wife ugly, it's obvious people have different tastes, it's what makes the World go 'round.:)

The blue is my favorite, but I'm a girl so that makes sense, right? I LOVE the speedway blue.

Funny I see plenty of Sand Tacoma's here in the northeast. People up here are not as flashy as say folks in California. Flashy colors are not very popular up here.

I used to like dull colors that blend in with everyone else on the road - i'm talking to you silver, sand and gray.

My last 4 vehicles were 2004 Silver Taco, 2001 Black Dakota, 2003 gray Tribute. I am now sporting the Barcelona Red and LOVE IT! I was skeptical at first - feeling that it was too flashy. But now, I love that it stands out from the rest. I don't want to blend in...I love the curves and look of this truck and I want people to see it.

Speedway Blue, Barc Red, Impulse Red all get my vote as awesome colors. Stand out and be seen!

    same shit as everyone else
I like the speed way blue although the downside is the pretty factor. The other day i was pulling into the front gate of Pearl Harbor and i had a grown ass man telling me "how pretty my truck is..." It was a little awkward coming from a 250lb hawaiian guy using the word "pretty", and this isn't the first time i've been thinking WTF bro over a truck comment. But in 08 the colors were plain and limited. If only i had waited a few months, 09 brought us the best colors for the taco thus far...

All my other Toyota trucks were super white but this time I had to get the silver color since all the options I wanted on my truck was sitting there in Silver. So I went with that. Other than the hood scoop blinding me with the reflection from the sun hitting it I'm cool with my choice. Also the silver does not hold up well to roack pecks, white was better for that IMO.
