What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

I like how the Gen 2 skid plate fits over the front chin spoiler and how it meets up with the bumper valance. Can we get a pic of it showing the whole truck. And those aluminum door steps are sweet where did you get them

 

Has any one been able to or tried to change the center caps on the stock TRD off road wheels?
I think it would look nice to have the TRD logo in the center.

I look around for a cheap 2nd gen every so often, not like I need another project. I'd love to find a 4wd Datsun pickup though

I don't think it would. My truck is setup almost exactly as yours except I have 285's. I'm considering going with the ARB winch bumper and I question whether 285's was the right choice just about everyday. Wish I went 265 or 275

If you notice the plate bumpers leave an enormous gap in the front wheels (better approach angle) but sometimes looks awkward compared to stock or for some who have the truck as a DD.

265's might look better, there will be less of a gap when looking at the vehicle from the front.

 

Looks good. I would just wrap the scoop in black vinyl. Kinda like a Pro.

Ha no.. That's where the Bestop folds. It's a bulge formed from where a foam sleeve that keeps the metal frame from rubbing through.

The logo comes from a state marketing campaign. Ironically it holds an alternate meaning.

 

Ok, this might be a bit cheesy...But I spent the night making my dogs new collars to match my new white Sport. (this is a sneak peak, I'll post even cheesier pics when I finish them- hey I'm from WI!)
