Ok cool. Are you running stock headlights? I've been looking into retrofits but they're $1k+

I was looking at the Columbia overland setup, but to be honest, haven't done a whole lot of research yet

Yea I've been reading the forums and the "how to's" but I don't trust myself lol. I had a buddy that did them and had moisture within a month of install. Specially here in SC since it so fucking humid

You should try coming to Guam. The humidity here is worse. I think if you seal it properly, you shouldn't have any issues.

Does anyone know how the stock fog lights will mount to the SOS bumper?

Lil lift, bumpers, SC, UCON, headers, etc.
    Crickets....
so, since I'm getting a steel front and a rear bumper and want a lift anyway, should I go with 886's up front? I'm also torn about what to do in the back. I dont mind buying dakars if needed. I dont want a squeaky rear though like I had in my last truck I replaced rear leafs on.
I dont off road really, mostly around town and occasional hunting trip or trip to colorado.

I personally would get 886s. I personally have the dakars and no squeak yet. I however took the leaf packs apart before install and put the rubber liner between them for preventative maintenance. I also spray them down (along with my entire suspension) with boeishield T-9 (spelling?) about every 6 months for protection. Good luck.

Yeah there's a write up on taking I think it's bike tire tunes and cutting them into straps and putting them between each leaf.

yeah ...and also looks like someone has had success with zip ties...

this thread is full of what people have done, see the links in the OP too.

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...m-others-with-the-dakars.156353/#post-3157270

somewhere in that thread I took a lot of pics of me taking my leaf pack apart before installing my lift and I cut up some kind of rubber like rubber pond liner or something I bought off Amazon and placed between each leaf.
