    im just trying to save you money thats all . i did the same thing bought the winch with steal cable and was going to swp it out for syn line but its going to cast me more to do it that way thats why havent done it yet

    I got my m8000 used for 200, only reason I went to synthetic is because the steel cable was trashed.. Synthetic cable from quadratec is cheap... I also replaced all my relays from quadratec...
