I am currently using Myprotein and it tastes pretty good, not as good as ON, but I like it and you can't beat the price! The impact whey isolate is a great quality product and the milk protein tastes like ice cream haha its a really good casein blend. Honestly can't go wrong with either brands though. ON has a bit better flavor, but both are good quality companies.

Mixes fine to me. I have used so many different proteins over the years and it seems to mix fine or as good as some of the Brands I have used. However I have never really minded if anything clumps or whatnot so I wouldn't be the best judge for that. I strictly have been on the search over the past year to find a decent protein with no sucralose and it be under $0.40-$0.50 per serving. I started getting off the big named brands in my search and came across myprotein.com

You will just have to try it I guess to determine how bad it clumps but I am sure it is much much better quality than the Walmart brand.

I use the casein too. It is a bit foamy but I buy it to mix 50/50 with my whey for a slower release protein

 

Add the water/milk a little at a time stirring in between and it won't be foamy...

 

I'm not saying he's doing anything illegal. I'm just saying you don't get that much growth in your arms in 90 days like he did without help from something.

Dude's still my hero and I watch him on snapchat every day, I just don't expect the results he got.

 

I've wondered, too. He's not in the NFL anymore and he's got nothing to lose, so he might as well start juicing. He's probably 220-230 and like 5% bf...by that alone, I'd like to say he's on something, but if he stayed in the shape he did in the NFL where he was tested, there's no telling. He might just be a freakbeast...comparing him to other known professional bb'ers who are juicing though, it kinda looks like he's on something

 

I just hit it with the nutribullet vs a shaker or stirring and its all good

 

I was using a shaker and it was foamy so I started stirring and it was also foamy. Started the little bit of milk at a time with stirring and it's been smooth and delicious. I have a magic bullet but such a pain to clean all the parts...

 

Well guys it's finally happening. I'm marrying Stacey in November and adopting my little girl so much for anything other than that dad bod :-/

 

The NFL thing is the only thing that gives me hope that he's not. He was voted "most fit man in the NFL" whilenhe was playing. Now that he doesn't have to worry about packing on size and being as mobile/limber as he was when he kicked, he can focus on getting huge.

I'm not 100% convinced he's on, but it's like 70/30 that he Is.

Same. We gota badass Ninja as a wedding gift a year ago and it hasn't been used yet. Shakers are just too simple to beat. If I ever go back to putting spinach and fruit back in my shakes, I'll probably fire up the ninja.

Back/Bi today. Decided to do some forearms too. Haven't focused on them in a while. Got some weird looks when I did my finisher. Probably because I only did my left side

 

I can toss milk in, screw lid on, slam on blender, chug shake and wash the cup and set on drying rack faster than I can mess with a shaker honestly...guess I am used to it so I am pretty lighting fast haha That being said I use shakers during the day at work.

 

I did legs Sunday and I'm freaking sore. I'm walking around like I have a stick in my ass cuz I'm trying low to use the quads lol.

How long do you guys wait before you hit the same muscle group i.e. legs?

Wanted to do chest and bis today but thinking of hitting legs again so I can work out the soreness.

 

Love my ninja kitchen set we bought last year. Use it every day.

 

I always give my muscles at least 2 full days off before hitting them again. When I do upper/lower, I do something like this:

M: legs
T: upper
W: off
Th: off
F: legs
Sa: upper
Su: off

Going food shopping tomorrow. Might buy some frozen fruit just so I have an excuse to use it.
