    There is a ton of re-org going on because of the move.
    And a lot of the people that are still there, that aren't planning on moving, are just going thru the motions and riding it out as long as they can.
    Alot of the customer service issues can be attributed directly to that.
    Build quality has been an issue since they started producing vehicles in the US

    Toyota is consolidating operations and centralizing it in Plano Texas.
    There's a ton of re-organization going on, people changing areas of responsibilityX and they are loosing a lot of employees that will not be moving with them.

    I read about all that right around the time I was going the round and round with corporate about my low ATF. Made since why I couldn't find anyone who gave a damn.
