    I try to hit the same muscle group hard twice a week. Key word is try. Sometimes the schedule doesn't allow for this. Core work is done daily at the end of my workouts followed by cardio. I do shoulders at the beginning of every workout. Even on leg day I'll give them a small dose. Usually don't hit them hard but each workout starts with at least 2 sets of rotator cuff work. On an "off" day if everything is super sore, I'll focus more on shoulders and accessory work

    Any day I use my arms I'll start with some light rotator cuff work and maybe a light set of Arnold press just to loosen everything up. I locked up my left shoulder bad one day in high school and can feel it still if I don't warm it up.

    Awesome. Yea I hit those rotator cuff muscles every other day or days that I'm Not hitting shoulders to Not over work them too much.

    I think I'll save legs for 1 more day and hit it tomorrow then. Maybe triceps and legs. I did chest and bis today so I'm good for upper body today until friday.

    Hit a good gym today in amarillo. I got in free cuz hotel supposedly had a partnership for its guests but they don't anymore it seems. Lady in front desk was like "best western isn't in here anymore."....and I told her "I was told I could come here and get swoll." she laughed and let me in haha. Fuggin smoove...

    "steroid" problem. Recovery being one of the bigger issues for gh, test, etc..

    You combine shoulders on days you work your back? I avoid combining those two days to reduce the likelihood of shoulder injuries.

    Shoulders get worked pretty good on back day anyways with rows and shrugs. They get worked on chest day with overhead press and some other lifts. So I hardly ever have an actual shoulder day unless I'm not doing any of the big compound lifts. I'm going on five workout days in a row so tomorrow might be a shoulder/accessory day if I decide im still going the gym after work vs a rest day

    @KenpachiZaraki when my legs are really sore I do a couple sets of light squats or lunges, followed by a 5-10 minute jog.

    Yea woke up this morning with legs not feeling as sore so I'll hit legs for sure today hard. And Triceps and ill take tomorrow off. I've been working out everyday since friday so I could use a break.

    Cleared to lift!!!!!!! No deadlifts for 6 weeks though. He said do lots of shoulder, chest, bicep and tricep work over the next 6 weeks to build up all the muscles around it. He said just keep doing what I've been doing for legs to keep them good for when I do start.

    I am the same, I rarely isolate shoulders as they get hit in pretty much every upperbody workout I do. I might give em a solid shoulder day once a month, maybe.
