Your ignorance is amazing. I, like the other 100+ members confirmed in the diff howl thread have howling coming from the rear diff idiot not the lower control arms, as all of us had the TSB your alluding to with your stupid joke done to try to eliminate the sound, but keep assuming and running your ignorant mouth, maybe you should plug it with one of those 10 cent plugs you mentioned.

Original post made no mention of the differential. Only the howling holes.

So your stupid logic assumes toyota has 50,000 + vehicles which will need differential replacement which will cost 50 million + and they still put them out. Good fin logic dude. I will trust Toyotas logic more than your whining hole. Toyota stands behind their product, so what more do you want.

Someone who has no issues is a fan boy it seems and few of those that do are constant fin whiners harping on shit that even has a TSB fix every day. That was the point

What the fuck is "fin logic" I simply corrected you on your "the few whiners" statement as there are more than a few, at least 139 reported differential howling members, not the lower control arm whistling addressed by the TSB, so stop responding with that crap, separate issue entirely. And if you are at least somewhat educated and have taken statistics based on the surveyed population here of owners with the diff issue extrapolated to the owners not here, yes there are likely a good amount of owners with a diff howl, no one said 50,000 as a hard number, but more than a few. News flash bud, Toyota isn't perfect, of course it dosent make financial sense to replace a bunch of faulty parts, but your logic is wrong just looking at the frame debacle, Toyota bought tens of thousands of trucks back, or replaced entire frames and all the components with it, and not just 1st gens but 2nd gens and 1st gen tundras too. Or how about all the leaf packs. replaced on almost every 2nd gen year. Again your ignorance and lack of knowledge proves quite evident in your responses. But keep running your mouth. No one called you a fan boy, lots of us love are trucks regardless of the issues they have (I'm on number 5 guess that makes me a fan boy too), the fan boy name calling results usually when people like yourself come on here saying everyone is a whiner and that their truck has no issues so the rest of us are just whining idiots, since you're new here and a little slow to comprehend as I make this argument with you for the 100th time, let me remind you again that this forum is to educate that includes those with issues too and again the harping you mention dosent have a TSB, the current fix is a replaced diff or diff parts only to howl again, so ya guess what there is no fix or no knowledge of why they are whining in the first place. Until then you bet people are gonna mention the issue, discuss it and try to figure out solutions, its not a minor nuisance due to wind holes its a whining differential, if you are somewhat experience with any type of mechanics/working on vehicles you know that a whining differential on a new truck isn't exactly a minor nuisance or something to disregard. But hey we are just a bunch of whiners what do we know.

P.S. Spell check is your friend and when you try to rebuttal someone's argument, proper grammar and sentence structure helps.

I was with HHC 11th and then moved to 86th. I miss Ft Huachuca. I love the weather there. Huachuca Mtns was a good trail that the HMMVV was too narrow. that and the illegals and drug smugglers.

Even with the issues a lot of them are minor, some I am sure are legit. Some of the issues you read about are from the same people vented over and over about the same issues. If I was you even tho I don't own a TRD Pro mine is TRDOR I would not let that determine my decision. If I wanted the PRO I wouldn't hesitate to get it. My tacoma has had several of the issues that get a lot of attention here. I got them fixed and would buy another one and would not think twice about it. There are some on here that I am sure would love to talk you out of buying one. If you look closely a lot of them don't even own a 3rd gen but come here to bash it.

If non-owners, that is potential buyers are voicing dissatisfaction that should be doubly troubling for Toyota.
