    Just did that ARMageddon workout on my lunch break. I haven't done high volume reps in at least 6 months. Been working on heavy low rep 5-8 range so this workout crushed my arms. I felt like I literally couldn't lift anything when I was using such light dumbbell weights. Good to switch it up and throw a curveball at those muscles every now and then.

    I've not been able to do upper body for 2 weeks now due to minor surgery on my left arm. They said working out could make the internal stitches rip. Gahhh
    I can't wait to lift again... I need the outlet!

    I was like that when I broke my wrist last summer. I lost 30 lbs in 2.5 months! (started running since I couldn't lift much). Once the cast was off I was back to easing in the weights. I have gained 45lbs since last summer but it still just blows my mind how quickly things melt off (at least for me) when I stop lifting.

    Yeah, if you don't stay on it...the muscle goes bye bye. :pout:
    I can't believe the dr wanted to have me come in for a 3rd time just to have him take the stitches out. What a waste of money!
    On a positive note, I am losing a little bit of my tumms.

    I tell you what is a waste of money. Going to rehab at $250 a session for a lady to hand you play doo to squeeze for an hour....did that once and said F this I can "rehab" my own wrist at home.

    I lost 35 lbs in just over a month after I destroyed my shoulder. I luckily stopped after than and slowly gained some back. I'm at about 230 right now trying to get back down to 220 before the wedding but be lean and not flabby 220. Decided to push the bulk back until after the wedding because wedding cake but I have already been increAsing to maintenance over the last few weeks I'm gonna stay about a 200 cal deficit and starting next week I'll only be doing cardio twice a week instead of daily. But that cardio I do is usually 90-120-180 minutes depending on my mood (love cycling)

    Also Stacey ordered me a three pack of Qalo rings I believe they will be my everyday ring since I leave work and go straight to the gym and then my tungsten ring for going out non workout days

    I have a tungsten too. I got a tattoo on my finger for when I don't wear it. I used to not wear it in the gym but now it doesn't really bother me. I don't wear it when I play sports though. It's flown off a few times before. Lefty problem...

    I have tungsten with dark ceramic inlay. I take mine off at the gym, I can't workout with it at all. Prob wouldn't use those rubber ones either, I don't like stuff on my hands when working out.
