Buy it from a dealer or through a body shop.

 

My poor man's mod includes installing tailgate letter inserts, a 4x4 emblem (for symmetry), console divider and added a custom startup image (visible for 2 sec).

Took the taco out last weekend from KC to Nebraska. Went camping and saw Lincoln, an abandoned corn mill, and got some beers

 

Tapped directly to the reverse tail light harness. I was trying to do it from the trailer harness but figured since the brits who did my light conversion here chewed up my wires already why not.

The lights came with a super long harness and switch but wanted them automatic in reverse. I just cut the connector off the harness and spliced them in.

Tailgate saver? whats the purpose of the hose clamp?

 

Pre-2016s were susceptible to tailgate theft because they didn't come with locks from the factory. It's a good mod if you leave your tailgate down a lot for hauling oversized items and you want it to be there in the morning.

I leave mine up and locked at all times because it's a popular quick-theft item around here.

After 1 month and 3 days from my SR5 4x4 getting totalled, I got my 2017 Sport 4x4. Now to start putting all the mods that I took off of the Wrecked SR5 and start putting them on my new one.

Got the TRD pro shift knob inserts in the mail today and got straight to work. Took me about 10ish or so mins to do it plus prep time. Again, the R was the hardest part but everything went as planned thankfully. I have 3 sets left and want to keep one as a back up for future use incase something happens to the ones I just installed. So if anyone in the Rowland Heights, Ca. area wants to get a set for theirs, hit me up. But local pickup only. I don't want to make any money off of these and take money away from @rrentrop. Thanks again Rich and they seem to fit in as perfect as one can get but there are little areas that you can see in mine just like the example knob that show a little underlap. But happy with them, can't wait to feel the H.P. improvement.
