    Well, I bailed on running with the wife last night...she said she knew I would :anonymous:

    I think my ring is made of cobalt...it was like $80. I told her I didn't want a fancy one b/c I don't wanna get yelled at when I lose it cleaning a deer or something. I also have a Qalo, but I never wear it. The only lifts I take my ring off for are deadlifts and shrugs. Other than that, I don't even know it's there.

    So I've been carb depleting this week. Carb load tomorrow and photoshoot Saturday :anonymous:. I tried out his stuff last night and he actually has some nice quality materials. I sent some of you the snapchat last night. His first sale were all t-shirts but this time around he's got t-shirts, tanks, long-sleeve shirts, and stringers.
