On the 2nd gens maybe for the 1st gens too?
Check the fuses they are on different connections so you'll have at least one headlight on.

The Hellas aren't wired to my headlights, we wired them up independently

But I do believe you're right about the headlights being on different connections with the first gen

How'd you wire up the hellas? I'm about to gain 4 of them off that bumper I'm buying tonight, is there a harness I can buy or did you make your own?

The wiring harness came with the Hellas.

@Thesandaddict was kind enough to hook them up for me, it was a lengthy process haha. Wiring confuses the hell out of me, but we wired them down through the inside of the driver's side door, through the engine bay and to the battery, then back through the dash for the switch.

Wow you guys got complicated, I went through my firewall at the same spot that all the other wires went through. Wasn't too hard after we taped the wires to a bent clothes hanger to shove it through

Yeah with roof mounted lights you have to get a little creative with the wiring

Thanks Nick! Yeah I'm planning to set it up thread tonight/this weekend. Just kind of busy getting ready for big bear. It's going to be at Ocotillo Holmes campground like you guys recommended. Did some research on it and it's a great location. I got some maps and info on site seeing shit that will be posted in OP. I'm looking forward to checking out Devils Slide, Pumpkin Patch, and Blowsand Hill.

Hey just thought I'd throw this out there. If anyone is looking for side work I do general mechanic work on the side and would like an extra set of hands some times. Most of it is really easy. Lemme know

Oh yeah I checked that out too. I need to get this thread going so we can plan group visits to some of these places. There's so much to do and see its gonna take a couple trips to say I got the full experience of Ocotillo/Anza. Luckily summer is about over:D
