Mine was a $6000- to $7000- quote on 700 sq ft in 2009.
I took the TPO Memprane and can lay steel on top of that after the house is paid off.

 

My biggest gripe is that every tree is planted on the fence line. I just don't get why!!!

Want to put up a privacy fence but it's going to cost an arm and a leg to get the trees out the way.

My entire left side property line is a trashy invasive shit tree that's trying to take over my back yeard. This house has been one thing after the other. But it has to be home for a little while longer.

Yup, my truck insurance dropped $30 a month when I moved over here. Bought the 2011 and it dropped $10 more for a 12 year newer truck. I had to ask her to double check that quote. She said that's correct. $62 a month full coverage on a 2011 with towing and rental car included. All the same coverage that my Georgia policy had and 0 deductible except comp which is minimum $50 deductible.

I agree and kick myself in the ass for not getting under there and doing it myself. Couple of drain fittings, pvc, and glue would have been cheap.

 

I've replaced the full A/C unit in this house twice. You'd really be pissed if I gave you the price for that.

I used to do hvac up north and honestly unless you were in the business you didn't save much as a dyi. A person off the street couldn't buy it as cheap as a tech.

 

That's my family's business. They've gone to full time commercial work now though.
