I saw the driver pillar mount first, and was going to do it, but I'd much rather be able to use my right hand.

The doctor said to try for 60 minutes of excercise. I tried for an hour to bust the beads on my spare and nope. They will not even budge using a high lift jack. I'm sure the neighbors got a kick out of my jumping up and down on the bumper. It's off the the tire store in the morn

Well, now that i know how to do it, it would only be like $20 to go aftermarket.

OEM parts were $60 at the dealer.

The hardest part by far is removing the starter from the truck. The repair is easy!

    improved toyota goodness.
so I have a question... if I install the front 5100's set at 1.25 inches (middle notch) with new OEM coils is OK to have it aligned prior to doing the rear springs?
my idea is to take off the bed and remove as much weight from the rear of the truck so as to get the correct caster #'s for after I replace the springs in about a month...

I will also be doing all tie rod's, upper ball joints (lower's where done roughly 2 months ago), and steering rack bushings at the same time... I really don't want to mess up the new parts but also trying to avoid paying $80 twice in 2 months as firestone has quit honoring my lifetime align program...

Thats bogus about not honoring the lifetime alignment. Ive had my tacoma and my pinto aligned multiple times and not once has my shop hinted at not honoring it.

as far as your question, I have no idea.

It does a hell of a good job getting all the crap from the undercarriage.

I suppose so, if you go through puddles.
