    Figured out the door issue. The outer handle doesn't move the action enough. It's about1/8-3/16" short. This is why "lifting" the door always worked for me.

    Working on getting the handle out to come up with a solution.

    No the side is so cracked it flexes way too much. I can open it by grabbing the inside of the handle after opening the normal handle.

    Sucks haha thought it was the mechanism. Appears it's just plastic flexing and can't handle the stress.

    And if you ever loose your whip out of your antenna like I did, don't buy a whole new antenna. I found a source just for the whip.
