    Measured the ol' arm last night (cold) for the first time since the bulk began...16.5". Definitely gonna be able to get 17"s by the end of this bulk in Jan-Feb. Main goal of this bulk is still leg growth. Lifting goals: 335 bench, 405 squat, 435 dl. Weighed in at 204 this morning and my 34" pants still fit, so I'm guessing I'm still around 14-16% bf. Still pretty vascular when I left, but not really when I don't have a pump...oh well lol.

    Also, I'm really trying to talk myself out of pizza night tonight.

    Legs this morning.

    I started with 1 high-rep set of like 20-25 reps of leg extensions and seated leg curls to get the blood flowing...I'm going to start doing this before each leg day/
    front squats: 3 sets
    seated leg curls: 3 sets
    seated leg extensions: 3 sets

    superset:

    feet low leg press: 3 sets
    feet high leg press: 3 sets

    calves & abs

    Lol. Jim Stoppani is an idiot...he keeps digging himself deeper and deeper. First, he claimed that Jym protein is the ONLY protein on the market that's not a proprietary blend (a blatant lie). Second, he's going up against the world's #1 supplier in supplements in a court battle? That's just idiotic. He had a good thing going and he wanted to screw it up by claiming Jym was his, when really he was just the poster boy. What an idiot.

    Mixture of both. Mostly strength loss. But the impingement very real. With the bar I can do 105. With dumbbells I can barely manage a 15 on bench with the left arm and 100 with the right (heaviest we have) I know it's going to take a while to get the strength back but feeling every single thing in my arm moving made my stomach turn like crazy. Not really something I've experienced before.

    My biggest thing is I don't know what to expect. The dr said I will have muscle soreness and pain in the general area since the pectoralis major, anterial deltoid, trapezius, and something else I can't remember all got torn or had to be cut open to get to my shoulder to repair the rotator, and the Ac joint.

    So it's really hard to isolate where each pain is coming from and what is acceptable and what is the danger zone.
