And you are on stock suspension??, i'm really torn between 265 and 275 but if 275 fit on stock without rubbing i'll go for these, i just want to be sure cause i'm not planning on lifting my new truck. Do you have a side shot of the 275 on stock suspension if your on stock for sure?

Stock no lift at all. If you are not sure go to a tire shop and compare side by side my stock was 16 wheels but in my picture my new wheel 18. Very hard to believe they are nearly the same size in fact I had a very long discussion with a member on this form and argued with him for a very long time! So please let me know what the tire shop showed you I hope this helps you, but again again NO RUBBING AT ALL :) :)

17" TRD Pro wheels from the 4Runner. I have them on mine and love them!

I did just add some RokBlokz because the more aggressive tires have been throwing rocks and chipping the paint right down to the metal all over the sides and on the flares. No idea when I'll get around to fixing that, but hopefully before it starts to rust.

I noticed some members have been able to put on 275/70/17 with no rubbing, with stock suspension. With the heavier and bigger tires, would this stress any components of the stock suspension, which would maybe lead to upgrading those parts?

I have a 2016 Off-road and want to run a 285/70/17, planed on using the TRD 17in wheels. From what I am seeing I will not have an issue with doing that. I am looking at getting a lift but don't know what one yet.

So I have 275/70/17 with method wheels, 17x8.5. The front tires are rubbing when I turn, both left and right. I don't have any mudflaps and I took out the front valence/air dam. How can I fix this?

I have BFG MT 255/75/17 with zero rub and they look awesome! And you can find them all over craigslist for jeep owners that are upgrading.

And I'm still getting 22 mpg on a DCLB sport

my guess is the only fix is to lift the truck slightly... you're most likely rubbing from the extra width + a more aggressive offset with your wheels.

I did this on my 2011 and was interested in someone's results with a 2016. Do you have pictures?
