This week was max out week on my 3 big lifts and I am whooped on Friday. I weighed in Sunday night at 181 (after eating two dozen wings and a large cheese pizza "in preparation.")

    Bench-315
    Squat-440
    Deadlift-455

Time to back off and try to hit some new PRs in about 14 weeks or so.

Those are great numbers man! Congrats. Do you follow a more powerlifting focused routine?

You've got to be kidding lol. I can't listen to it right now, but I just can't see CT Fletcher rapping being anything other than,

    "LIFT WEIGHTS, MOTHERFUCKER
    DRINK SHAKES, MOTHER FUCKER
    LIFTING TIL THE LAST REP
    IT'S STILL YO' MUUFUKN SET!"

Dang...was not expecting you to be so light with those big #'s. Nice

Leg raises Mike Tyson style: do them with your legs straight out and then when you can't do anymore, bend your knees and do them.
    planks from elbows
    side planks
    Russian twists
    mountain climbers
    need more?

What kind of ab exercises need heavy weight? I use a medicine ball sometimes but no more than 10lbs...

Also off topic, I did those KB squats on the platforms today from Zach's Monday fap post. Totes making my regular leg day list

The only ab exercise I do with weight are Russian twists with a plate, decline bench crunches with a plate, landmine 180s, machine crunches, cable crunches, etc.

They look intense. Do you do deficit deadlifts? They're awesome too.

I didn't know what they were called but I used to deadlift on a box so I could get a little deeper (giggity). Haven't done them that way in a while though. I'll try it with a plate and see how that goes next time I do deads.

I do deficit Romanian deadlifts and they are the best for hamstrings. I struggle walking every time I do them

I always do decline crunches with a 45 plate but I was looking for more. Than that. I can't do the leg raises yet because lack of strength in the arm. Looking up the rest of these because honestly never heard of russian twists. Mountain climbers will be soon as well as planks but nothing with full weight on my arm yet.

I like russian twists but I use a medicine ball. You can do them with either bouncing the ball at each side or just swinging back and forth. If you have a partner you can pass it back and forth too...but who uses partners?

Do you have a dip stand with a back pad (Idk what it is called, I have always known it as a preacher rack but google didn't understand that...)? You can do leg raises in that and shouldn't have much impact on your arm...

    This....

Thanks guys. I do a pretty straightforward routine geared towards powerlifting on bench, deads, and squats. I do supplemental lifts but more for volume/pump. As long as I am progressing in the 'big 3' I'm happy.

Oh yeah I love my dip station but when I say I have no strength in that side I mean I have zero strength in that arm. It's honestly pathetic. I never thought it would be this bad. But it is what's it is. I can only do what I can until the strength comes back. Basically the MRI shows bone, / skin. No muscle in between. I lost everything In that either from the tears, the cutting to get to the bones, or just atrophy combined. He said in 6 months I should have all my strength back.
