    So far I have received 5 grilles, and all 5 have arrived broken... so Toyota doesn't understand what its means to package things properly.

    There are 16 clips in total, two of the grills have only 1 damaged clip and one of the grilles have 2 broken clips.

    Aesthetically they look perfect, and they would install just the same. If anybody wants to take a chance on these I will sell them to you for cost plus $20 and ship them for what it costs me.

    I will also package them properly so that no more damage occurs. Toyota has been careless in the past with their packaging but this is ridiculous.

    For those of you on my list I apologize, this is out of my control :(

    wow that sucks. Can't believe the person who packaged that would think that the grills would be okay. :annoyed::facepalm:

    That sucks how they package them. I remember my 15 pro grill came fully protected with 4 pieces of foam and 2 felt sleeves in an oversized box. I hope they change the QC.

    Bummer...ya the SR grill I received was wrapped in foam and had bubble wrap inserts in the box the box was from Toyota so looks like someone skimped in the packaging department on these.

    I bought my grill from TacomaTown for $380US shipped to Cali. Josh is extremely easy to work with and I highly recommend going to him. After reading some of your concerns today in regards to broken grills, I reached out to Josh about their shipping and handling procedures. After that conversation, John (the one that is personally packages all the orders) gave me a call. He explained in full detail about how he packaged them and also agreed that the manufacture does a poor job of packaging it. John does a full inspection of the grill for any damages or abnormalities, then reinforces the tabs and pressures with additional padding/protection before shipping it out.
    I have not received the grill yet, but without a doubt..I am extremely satisfied with their customer service and attention to detail. Canadians sure are nice! :cheers:
