Cool. I usually only work till 12 Friday's so I didn't wanna have to request it off, but I also don't wanna drive there solo since I have no clue where the camp ground is. I've only ever been to superstition and driven through ocotillo to get to a gas station lol

This is from Ocotillo a couple years ago.... Let's hope that there isn't any mud this year.... I still find chunks of clay every time I wash the truck.

Because he's a pain in the ass and I don't want to burden someone asking them to watch him for me while I'm out riding my dirtbike

Mines super friendly, a little too friendly. I just don't want to be the guy that asks someone to watch his dog while out doing something lol

I've been to superstition once with a friend who led. We will be just as lost, but we'll all be lost together.

How does he/she do in the truck?

I finally just got my rear seat covers in so he's only gone for one ride, and haven't been off roading with him. He wouldn't be happy having to hang out alone in the truck with others around, he'd cry until I let him out lol

That Ocotillo mud is rough, last time i tried riding my dirt bike in it over by shelf reef it was clogging everything up and over heating!

Right on. I've got a month to figure it out so we'll see what happens. Like I said to someone else, he's super friendly and gets along with everyone, as long as you don't mind him jumping on you haha. If I do end up having to bring him I'll probably bring an EZ up and put it over the bed of the taco and just tie him up in there.

I will likely be out there, but Ill be on the S. side of the 78, too many people on the North side! But I will come by and say hi and go on night runs in the Trophy Jeep!

Ill be bringing a few dirtbikes ( 2 stroke and 4 stroke) so if anybody wants to ride motorcycles out there, lemme know, I can lead some kikass tours out there, I have been there probably 200 times! The fun stuff is on the South side BTW.
I can put together a really fun ride all the way to Superstition Mtn, its about 32 minutes from my camp spot to the top of the radio tower when I tried to break my personal record attempt via dirtbike!

Should be a lot of fun, I would camp at Holmes but every time I have camped in the actual park its a farking madhouse, me and the wifey will be on the other side where its a lot more private, I could even likely find a badass spot on the S. side near the mud hills area if you guys wanted to change the meet location that would have enough space for a BIG group, a lot nicer than in the flats, if not I will just shoot over and BS with everyone and we can see who is doing what, when, why, or how!

Like I said I have been there 100s of times so if anybody has questions it me up!

A cheesy video I made a few years ago playing with the editing software, lol..I know it sucks, was my first attempt at trying to use editing tools, this is near the area I am referring to!

That exact spot you came to last time got bought up by a new owner who fenced it off, but Im going to find another spot in the same area. You are more than welcome to camp out where I will be, or we can find a larger spot for everyone if they want to camp over there, much more scenic anyway..and not tons of flybys all day creating a 24 hour dirt tornado, lol!!
