    Hey guys !
New to the forum this is my first post actually, stoked to be a part of the community.

The problem I'm having is I have the maint rqd light is on.
I checked gas cap tire pressure changed my oil about 800 miles ago.

    My code reader is reading
    0 dtc.
    So no codes.
Motor is running strong no issues I've noticed.

Has anyone had a similar issue?
Thanks for all the help and everything I've used on this website so far. It's made the last 3 months so much easier.

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
Maintenance Required Light is for your oil change interval. The procedure to reset it is in the manual.

Tony, hold in the odometer reset button with key off, then turn on key, the odometer display should be blinking. When it stops blinking after a few seconds, your light will be off. The light will go on after every 4800 miles or so to tell you to change your oil.

Don't worry OP, about 5000 miles after buying my truck I made the same mistake. Saw the light, immediately went and bought a code reader which told me there were no codes. I was confused for a bit until I opened the manual. Oops.

Fixed it yesterday morning.......I was doing it wrong...and sadly, I have the page noted for easy reference.

    :annoyed:
