Haha I definitely appreciate it. But I have done a few amateur raw powerlifting events. There is a local guy at 181 lbs that pause benches 350, pulls like 589, and squats like 420. So all the progress I make is kind of taken with a grain of salt because this dude is a stud. He wins outstanding lifter for the overall meet and stuff. So my goal is to compete with him but.......I'm just a little shy haha. I have paused 300 but I didn't pause my max. That kid had a video benching 295x9-10. Ouch.

Need to post up you workout routine... I wanna check it out. I just got into heavy lifting maybe 8 months ago or so. I always did dumbbell type exercises and other stuff before that but I have seen some decent strengh gains but basically I started hitting plateaus and need something new to do.

Bench is my worse. I have been trying to get my numbers up on it and started focusing more on my bench and less on my squats and DL lately. Trying to get more chest gains cause I have never had a big or strong chest but it has been a struggle. Have had so many check my form and tried to critique me but seems to be good form so idk what's going on. Maybe just need more time and need to eat more ...idk

Morning peeps! Just wanted to update. I've been hitting the gym hard for 2 months now and I can't definitely see my gains and/or losses. Clothes just fit differently now. It's great to see an improvement no matter how big or small at this point. The love handles have diminished significantly and I can feel the gains in my pecs and biceps. I take a multi and fish oil everyday as well as a morning whey and post work out whey. Hardest part is continuing to work on my diet.

    Thanks for support guys.

    I couldn't resist last night.
11lbs of protein $55 with free tub of preworkout
Was $60 shipped to my house.
I usually make my own preworkout but since this is free with purchase figured why not...it Reg cost $30
