    I'm a go with the balancing issues. They proly didn't put the tires back on in the same
    Place or even same side they came off.
    If the tire is spinning backwards now, as to the rotation it had prior to removal....
    That would definitely create it vibration or shakes.
    The tread and steel belts were spinning one direction, and now they are spinning the opposite
    Direction.

    My tire shop says it's ok to spin tires the opposite direction when you rotate tires.
    I don't agree...
