What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Replaces the plastic oil filter housing on the 3.5 V6 It's a factory upgrade, it's used on the 3.5 in the Lexus and some other cars. Not sure why we got plastic but metal is always better.

 

Finally got black lug nuts chucked up.

 

I've got that same cap getting installed Wednesday. Is the rear door touching any of the paint or just the plastic tailgate cap?

I had one of the service guys show me and he literally just pulled it straight out. Be careful with the left piece as you need to take the whole instrument panel cover off with it. And the blue part unscrews. So no taping needed.
