HELP! Taking the panel off!!

    I am installing some switches in the useless cubby hole on the left side of the steering wheel! How do you get the panel off???

    Grab that panel right where it meets with the panel above it and pull down. It's plastic clips that hold it in place.

    2nd gens had 2 bolts in the lower dash panel you had to remove. Then pull the lower dash down.

    You had to remove the dead pedal and kick panel first.

    Did you look and see..?

    I took out the two bolts, but I don't know what the dead pedal and kick panel even is.

    Dead pedal is what you put your left foot on. It's plastic and on the floor to the far left of the driver footwell.

    There's a piece of plastic that runs from the floor to the lower dash and it's to the left of the dead pedal. That's a kick panel.
