McMurdo FastFind 220. I had a Spot but the annual fees got old after a few years though the check in function always worked well when I used it.

 

Came across a Jeep stranded in the middle of Hwy 6 just passed A Basin on our way back from wheeling. After speaking with them and winching them out of the way, we learned that they are from Michigan and the Jeep is a prototype... Poor lil fella couldn't even make it up a paved hill...

why did you winch? just did not have a strap or what?

just curious, i hate using the winch unless it the only thing i can use. dont ask me why but unless they are stuck its always a strap, may have to do with a strap costing 80$ vs 800$ winch

Didn't say, but I also didn't hang around long. I was more concerned with all of the big rigs honking their horns for them to get out of the way. As soon as we got them to the side of the road and made sure they had a tow we left.
