Very, very nice. Better then stock by a big margin. I was really afraid of a rough harsh street ride but it's actually quite the opposite.

I'm guessing this would not be the case had you come from TRD OR suspension.

Alright guys, my 5100s came in for the front of my ORDC today. I'm gonna go with 887 coils and had planned on doing a Deaver AAL in the back but I've decided to do a small budget lift and use blocks from Headstrong in the rear. I plan on upgrading the suspension completely down the road and don't get to do the off-roading I'd like to so I figured this would suffice for now. My question is, what size block should I do to achieve a level or close to level stance? I was planning on getting just the 1" but I would like some suggestions/advice.

Read your post about only getting a small amount of lift. What's happening is that the 3rd Gen springs stock are slightly taller than second Gen springs. You're putting a second Gen lift on a third Gen truck, so you're not getting the results that you expect. What you may do to achieve the desired lift is add a half inch top plate to your strut towers or even a combination of your aforementioned 888 springs and half inch top plate on driver side and quarter inch top plate on the passenger for lean compensation. Either way you do things, post your results so that others may be able to take the correct route based on your findings.

    Thanks @DesertTaco4x4

Well I'm very pleased with my results now. Today the OME 888's went on my Bilstein 5100's set at zero with a 1/4" Toytec top plate spacer on the drivers side. In the back is a Toytec add a leaf. I'm at 23" front and 24" at the back even on both sides. Will post pics shortly. I previously wanted only 1/2" rake but late last night I decided I only wanted to go max 2" of lift to avoid any issues. I also have a diff drop on. Looks great with my trd pro rims and 275/70r17 KO2's. It rides fantastic very surprised! With any luck it won't droop on the front end at all. If i had to do it all over again I would of paid the extra for the toytec adjuatable coil overs instead of changing from the 887 to the 888's. Thanks for all the helpful replies I have learned so much from this forum. Next is my lighting project. Three 20" lightbars out the from with rigid fogs, rigid backup lights, cali raised rail mounted bed lights. Roughly 28000 lumens out the front. Have all the parts but hard to get time with my 1yr old twins. Anyways this forum has cost me too much money lol!! So many geat mods!!

I was pleasantly surprised. It tightened it up and made it ride alot tighter. The stock suspention felt so squishy and bouncy to me.

Have yet to take it offroad but it was only rubbing the front air dam. I trimmed it and there is no more rubbing.

New guy here. Looking to level my 17 double cab off-road and put 285/70/17 bfg ko2. New wheels are arriving soon which are 0 offset (fn wheels). Level with Bilstein 5100. I've heard they won't rub from a few company's. Or they may on the mudflaps. Any help appreciated!

You should be OK. Those tires a tiny bit taller than mine. I only rubed on the air dam. Are you setting the 5100s to 1.75?
