That's cool how much did it cost you to get it done from purchasing the key fob to getting it programed

No point in having it if you're not going to use it for it's intended purpose. :mudding:

Hoping to be able to hold sixth gear while I'm on the highway. At this point, with the lift and tires anything over 68 miles per hour usually doesn't go into 6th Gear unless I'm going downhill. Need to get them RPMs up a little bit, should help gas mileage too! Overall better for the truck with a lower gearing when adding all that to the vehicle!

Thanks to @FtApache for a detailed Rear Bumper Removal Guide

    Tools:
    -12mm socket
    -Philip head screwdriver
    -Flat head screwdriver

Time commitment: Between 15-25mins for removal and 10-20mins for install = 25-40mins total

    Step 1: Remove license plate

Step 2: (2a) Depress the tabs for the trailer plug and license plate lights and pop them out of their sockets. (2b) Disconnect wiring harnesses for the trailer socket and license plate lights located behind the bumper. (2c) Remove the three push pins pushpins shown below

Step 3: Two snap clips are visibe and can be easily seen from beneath. Hint-it's located towards the end of the bumper. Pick a side and gently start prying the snap clips using a long flat head screwdriver (or other prying device) to free them from their sockets. Patience is key here. Start slow and take your time. You do not want to rush or apply too much pressure (just enough to free the snap clips). Too much pressure will break the snap clips

Step 4: Remove the six 12mm bolts shown below. Start with the upper bolts. Then remove the two bottom bolts

Step 5: If you do not have sonar sensors, the rear bumper end caps should now be free. If you have the senors, carefully remove them

Step 6: Remove the push pins and gator clamps shown below

Step 7: The outer end caps should now be removed easily

Reverse the steps above when reassembling. Remember to take your time. Do not rush doing this. Replacement endcaps are expensive. So take your time while doing this.

Got my new seat covers on. Had to do some custom cutting for the back seat but it turned out great. Also pulled the front air dam off. Is there any real mpg gains by leaving it on?

Those are nice looking seat covers dude! If I didn't put katzkins on my truck I'd be looking into a set of covers like that! As far as the air dam I took mine off when the lift was put on, but thought it might help a little with MPG so I put it back on and actually with the truck setting up higher the air dam doesn't look bad in my honest opinion! I think it did give me just a tad of mileage back! I think there's like six or eight little bolts to take it off and put it back on so you can try it either way, about 15 minutes to take off and put back on.

Taking the air dam off to me gave the appearance of a little more clearance. At least until I can actually lift my truck.

I paid just about 185 for the fob itself, and programming shouldn't be too bad since I have a friend at Toyota.
