I have a 2017 sr5 with the 3.5l v6. Wasn't looking at changing the exhaust until I saw a video. Any good options that don't sound like a mad bumble bee?

From what I have heard, stay away from dual exhaust to avoid the bumble bee. A lot of guys even use factory piping and just add a new muffler. They say you won't gain much by increasing the pipe size. I think Magnaflow has been highly rated for these trucks and I've always been a fan of the Flowmaster Supper 44series. It's designed to have a deeper throat to it. Just some ideas.

I'm hoping magnaflow makes a reroute kit soon.

no clue what toyota was thinking with where they put the exhaust piping.

I haven't seen the 3rd gen routing but I know the 2nd gens have a clearance issue and could use a re route. A lot of guys on here can customize an exhaust re route for you.

probably the same as the 3rd gen.
from what I've seen in pictures it runs right under the transfercase.

Once I get mine I'll probably see about getting a shop to do it for me.

I like the sound of the 44. But is it loud? I know nothing's going to sound like a v8, but is this close?
