You're running the studded Maxxs, Chux? How is the stud noise for you? So far, mine aren't bad at all.

I run studs, they seem quiet. These tires are not loud at all actually.

That's my impression. Neither the studs, nor the tread. I love them so far!

Lift, armor and such. Money pit, check out the build thread...

I have 285/75/16's on my 2.7. The weight is noticeable, but its a dog either way. Definitely worth it, couldn't be happier with these tires!

TIRE DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :bananadance: tires came in this week and were put on this morning. 255/80/17's so far these things are incredible put about 100 miles on them today and man do they ride great and are quiet. the 2.7 handles them wonderfully. i do get a little bit of wander /bump steer but minor and already less noticable. put them on some first gen tundra wheels 17x8 4.5 bs love them so far. pics

34 psi 2.7 ac ride great will have to do a chalk test to see what preasure they want also got a fifth matching wheel and tire

What time of puncture? I think I saw somewhere else one guy having a stick get shoved through the sidewall.

Thats what I noticed. The ride is nice for the type of tire that they are.

    Quick update...

My 315/75R16s run beautifully after my alignment. Stud noise is minimal, and just enough hum to let you know you're running an aggressive tire, but nowhere near what I e heard from duratracs and my old KM2s.

Love these things... Now to fab up my hoist for the spare!

my buddy has the 16" version of these tires 255/85 we tied them on the truck a couple of weeks ago to check for clearance and see how the truck handled them and i was very pleased. i did have them mounted on 1st gen tundra wheels i thought to save weight but each wheel and tire combo ended up weighing around 86 pounds

Sidewall right near the bead. Looks like the sidewall got caught on the edge of one of the rim spokes.
