I also tried the older cup holder but the one I got only has 2 positions, neither fits my coffee cup or water bottle??

Yea, only 2 positions, but that works for me at least. Don't forget you can offset it to the left or right.

I think it's growing on me now! I might just go back to the stadium parking lot at App and hope someone gets the other side real good.

The cost. I crunched the numbers and it would still cost a good bit extra. Doing this trade right now, I'll save $200 a month between payment, gas and insurance and that's just here! I only live 6 miles away from work.

Had some "fun" un-modifying the truck today! Cleaned up the CMC and took everything off except sliders (they're coming off tomorrow) and what's staying on for trade-in. It's ridiculous how much shit was in there nad how much extra wiring was ran.

Also now I can let you guys in on my little secret. Since I don't need my second fob for anything, I put it in a heavy duty gallon baggy, and gorilla taped the SHIT out of it on the cargo bin. I was able to reach up and press through the tape to unlock my truck. I then had my second key hidden inside the vehicle really well. After staying like this for a year through ~10 wheeling trips, I've got to give my props to Gorilla tape.

just seems a shame to get rid of the truck and have to settle for driving a commuter. i hope it works for you and you don't regret selling the truck. at least get something fun to drive
