Have option of buying an 11 trd sport with 96,000 6speed manual or a 15 with 12,000 5 speEd automatic. The 11 is around $23,000 and the 15 is $30,500

Is the 15 a TRD, or base model? If its a TRD I would say go for the 15. The auto is bulletproof, better mpgs, and the 6 speed has had some small issues. The 15 also has some upgrades over the 11. Plus it has a lot less miles.

I'd pick up the 2015 then... 6 speeds are fun, but $30k for a 15 Trd off road with those miles is a great deal!
    Good luck!

A little of this and a little of that.
I'd spend the extra money on a newer, less used truck. 2015 gets my vote.

Buy the 15. That's only $500 more than I paid new a year ago. Same model.

Should've added I paid $1700 under invoice, perfect timing with the 16's release.

Lucky you. I missed this, but remember the time. By the time I was ready to buy, they were gone and used 2015s were selling for more then I could have got a new one for 6 months earlier.
