After spending a couple of months in this forum, I am finally realizing that I am a very poor person and may belong to the bottom 5% :pout:.

You and me @Scooter62 . @drwx too. I am still not sure if I could afford to replace the broken parts, and tail lamp of my truck.
Just keeping my truck fueled up for my work alone is a stretch for me. Sigh! At-least I can enjoy seeing all the nice work everybody's doing here to their truck.

I hear you. I feel blessed to have a new ride when I look out in the projects parking lot where I live at the cash for clunkers. Nice to have something that I can depend on. I put a TruXedo Lo Pro QT on my truck 2 weeks ago. Had to borrow money from the bank to do that. But again, at least I have good credit not like allot of the project dwellers I live around. Blessed brother!! Who needs all the bling. I like my stock Tacoma.

I bet there's more then what you think that are living pay check to pay check or have credit card bills out the ass. I can pretty much buy what I want at my age and being retired with no bills but I to scratch my head and wonder how some of these guys spend as much as they do on these trucks!

How much did that cost? Does it require you to go to the other side of the bed when you need to roll it up?, and does it roll up nicely?, or could you do it from one side of the truck or w/o climbing onto the bed?
I am waiting for somebody locally to sell his bed hardcover for a price that I could afford one day. I don't know. Some days I wake up thinking, "it's a truck, i don't need a bed cover". And then sometimes feel like wanting one.

I got mine on AutoAnything.com for $392 after I got them on the chat messages.

No I can roll it from the drivers side, same side the latch is on. If I wanted to drive around with it rolled up I would climb up in the bed and roll it up tight. You can even take it off the truck with just 2 slide latches and your rails would just be on the truck. If I had it to do over again I would of bought the Undercover SE. Below is Todd demonstrating the Lo Pro.

Holy Frijoles!! $21,000 worth of mods?.
And I have to content with an angry GF for giving @rrentrop $20bux for the vinyl letters.

This is more true than you know. One thing I learned from my days as a mortgage broker, where I looked at thousands of credit reports, is that for every 10 people that you see that outwardly look like they have money, 8 of them would have to start selling things within 60 days of losing their job because they wouldn't be able to make the payments.

I'm not calling anyone out on this forum because I don't know them from Adam and who am I to criticize someone for how they choose to spend their hard earned money. It's no business of mine. It's just a little known fact that most Corvette's have liens and most high end homes have more than one mortgage.
