True. I didn't run into those guys much when I was doing mortgages. There's probably a reason for that.

 

You should be able to peel back the areas you don't want it to be black...

Was this just the grill for like 79$? Or was it with the bevel? If with the bevel did you get the gloss black or oem color? Looks great!!

 

Just to give you another option, I also thought doing the entire thing was too much black so I blacked out the grill and crossbars but left the emblem and bezel and I really like it.

What are the specs on your lift and wheel setup? I have a 6" procomp lift sitting in my garage and I was supposed to order some 20's but I'm thinking of going a different route.

Fiscal planning on my part, and helps when I get a reenlistment bonus of a 3 multiplier lol The wife gets upset but I own my house, my motorcycle and I have a retirement started already. I'm not saying I was always smart, hell I was 21 at one point. It was either pay my car note or drink, and I lived in Korea so guess what I spent my money on.... Now, I will admit, there are some E-3s that I see and I wonder how the hell they can afford these trucks and the mods.

I had to touch it up for the first time a few days ago...little paint thinner and a respray to catch a rip before it got bad. otherwise great.
